We are committed to ensuring that the product we deliver is of a high standard.  It is important to us that we act quickly to resolve any problems that arise.  Customers should contact us regarding any problems or concerns they have.  We aim to give you complete service and satisfaction within the shortest time frame possible.  We will act in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

 

In the event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.

 

• Prices displayed on the Celcius Coffee Website are in $NZ
• Prices displayed on the Celcius Coffee Website are subject to change without notice
• Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been confirmed and accepted 
 
2. Privacy Policy

 

Any information collected about you through this web site is used exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, improving your shopping experience, and to communicate with you regarding products, services and special promotions.  Personal information will only be collected to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. We will store any information that you provide securely.

 

We respect your Privacy; it’s as simple as that.  We expect other web-based businesses to respect our privacy, so in turn we respect yours.

 

We appreciate the information you share with us and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, we are going to tell you what happens to your information when you give it to us.

 

Using the Contact Us "Online Enquiry" form or when you “Register” with us

 

The information you provide is seen and used only by us, and only for the purposes of personally contacting you.  We won't sell or rent out your address, and we won't email/phone you with an endless stream of annoying stuff. We may just you the occasional note to let you know of sales and specials; we anticipate this being about once a month. If this gets annoying, just don't answer! or let us know and we won't send anymore.

 

Celcius Coffee will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from the transmission of your or any information which is out of our control.
 
3. Returns Policy

 

Celcius Coffee will only accept returns for the following:


• Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description
• Goods that are not delivered in accordance with our delivery guarantee

 

4. Refunds
 
Whenever possible, Celcius Coffee will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

If applicable, postage/courier costs will be reimbursed on receipt of goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returns should be sent in their original packaging and posted to:

5. Coffee Delivery Guarantee

 

• The delivery is limited to coffee only
• The guarantee is limited to urban areas within New Zealand and does not include rural deliveries
• The guarantee is limited to the same coffee amount, as the original delivery which was late
• The customer must notify Celcius Coffee within 2 days of late delivery
• Late deliveries caused by act of god (earthquake, flood, etc) are not valid
• Orders must be received by Celcius Coffee before 2.00 pm for delivery next business day

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.

 

7. Correction/Updating Personal Information

 

If your details change, you're entitled to change or correct your personal information that we hold. When that happens, all you need to do is go to your Customer Account on the “Home Page” and update your details. We’d hate to lose touch.

If we ever change this privacy policy we will post those changes on this web site and notify our customers.
